so if I understand this it would be possible with out to much of a =
hassle to mount the atu and the amp in a another case and keep it on the =
bench then build the k2 with the qrp tuner and battery option inside so =
that the k2 can go portable qrp when you want and for base it can be qro =
if desired?
I fixing to order a complete k2 with all the goodies just trying to =
decide which goodies to get with it.

Yes the KAT100 was designed with this in mind as one of the options

I have seen the question asked several times, but don't recall seeing an
answer.  Will the KPA100 and the KAT100 go into the EC2 enclosure
gracefully?  I would like to keep my K2 as-is (i.e. with the KAT2) but
have the utility of QRO operation if desired.
