[Elecraft] 18.132 in general de AL7FS

Ever the wishful thinker, I have set up my Kenwood on 18.132 so I can
listen to the High Latitude dead bands.  I have a new A3WS beam at 40
feet so I might as well listen.  I have the squelch turned on so if the
bands open, I may hear you folks.  I must confess I don't know how to
make the TS-450S do QRP so I am not going to worry about it.  That's not
why I am on 18.132.  I may try to make that my habit to leave it on as I
go about my day in the house.  

My K2 is not yet SSB capable.
