I have redone the index I did last year about this time to include the
Appendix G, 100-W Stage and RS-232 I/O, Rev A, May 13, 2002, and K2 Revision
2 Firmware, Revision C, May 3, 2002.

Would you like me to send a pdf file to post on the Elecraft site?   I hate
to send it to the list although it is only 15 kB.
