[Elecraft] End of my 160m rope...

Looking for some 160m / KPA100 help. K2 #2278 has been working perfectly
on all bands (including 160m) this past year. Recently I finished
building the KPA100 which has worked perfectly in all respects except
for the 160m band. During the transmitter tests into a dummy load (rated
at 200 watts 1.0mhz-650mhz), the K2 gives me a HI CUR message in the
low-power mode with no "power out" indication at all on my watt meter.
When I rotate the power control past 11 watts and the PA kicks in, the
current pegs over 30 amps as if it's reading a short somewhere. If left
in the "TUNE" mode longer than a second, the in-line power fuse blows.
Now after I disconnected the high power connection and am running the
low power connection only, I still get just a HI CUR message and not a
budge on the watt meter. OH MY! WHAT HAVE I DONE?
