[Elecraft] ARS Sprinting (and other contests/sprints)

Folks,

Each time the ARS sprint rolls around, I try to do something
different. Single band, multi-band; low power, high power...etc. (Same
with other events but more so the ARS Sprint).

Tonight was to be "TUBBY" night with my Icom rig working mainly 20 and
40. But after hearing Dean, KH6B, on 10m it quickly turned into: "QRP
Hat Trick" night, at least one QSO on 80, 40, 20, 15 & 10m. And as
chronicled in a QRP-L I did it.

So if your trying to put some spice in your "operating life" try some
different things, it's fun! (Next month I'm thinking "QRP Hat Trick"
with my K2).

Here is a list of thing I can think of:

QRP Hat Trick duh ;-)
Multiband 1 Watt (or less)
Single band 5w
Single Band 1W (or less)
A cool mobile location
Only search and pounce
Only call CQ (it can get lonely ;-)
Different antennas
Use a favorite Rig (K1, K2, Rockmite, NC20.... etc.)
