[Elecraft] Elecraft regerstery 2836 is alive and swell!

Hi all and good day! Well, I'm very well pleased with my efforts and The excellent help from this web site. After a bit of trouble shooting, the rig  came alive and "sparkeled". Although my attempts at receiver alignment were not quite up to snuff, the transmitter tune up put everything right on track. Now, on to building add-in modules. If I might, an observation on audio gain. In my case, If the band is "in" I do have quite sufficient audio. I have tried a Radio Shack amplified speaker with this rig and found that no matter of audio amplification will improve the antenna system in use! This is just my gut reaction with out any lab equipment to use.
