FW: [Elecraft] First pass... sidetone output tests

Hi Dan:

I was probably one of the very first, a couple years ago, to mention having
what I believe to be low audio output. The 'quality' of the audio is great,
just low level... and ONLY of RECEIVED audio, not the sidetone, which is
quite acceptable thru the speaker when ST L = 050.
