[Elecraft] Comparing the K2 - don't forget the tuner

Hi folks -
Don't forget that the other rigs mentioned do not have a tuner that would
touch the KAT100 which you are icluding in the price of the K2. So perhaps
we should add the price of an LDG AT-11 to the price of the other rigs hi
