[Elecraft] radio shack switching power supply

Mike,
A couple of years ago there were quite a few discussions on the small
3A RS switcher, including which resistors to swap out for varying the
output voltage. My voltage was high enough, so I didn't have to make
any changes.
I'd suggest a search on the model number of the RS switcher (I can't
remember it right now) in the Elecraft archives, starting in 2000.
