[Elecraft] radio shack switching power supply

been looking through the archives and cannot find the mod to raise the output 
voltage of the radio shack switching supply from 13.8 volts to 14.2 volts in 
order to properly charge the K2.  no variable pot inside.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
