[Elecraft] Internal Frequency Counter Cable and Remote KPA100

Question.  The guidelines on page 48 of the KPA100 manual recommend removing
the Internal Frequency Counter Cable from the K2, when the KPA100 installed
on a K2.  Is this still applicable if the KPA100 is in a separate EC2 Case.

By the way putting the KPA100 in a separate case makes a nice addition to
the shack.  Now I just have to wait for Christmas to get my KAT100.
