As Ron said, since when? Also that would be news to NASA who has already
approved an HF rig for the ISS and the HF antennas are already installed.
The rig I believe is a modified Yaesu FT100D permantly set to 5W. They
want the low power so as to avoid RFI into sensitive station electronics.
