Hi Steve,
As you noted, the phase noise performance should only improve as a result of
going to one crystal. There are many factors besides the PLL reference
oscillator that contribute to phase noise, so my guess is that the noise plot
wouldn't change much if at all. We haven't retested it yet.
Of course the K2's phase noise is already extremely low relative to other transceivers.
