[Elecraft] KAT100-1 Power Up Phenomenon

I am powering my K2/100 and the KAT100-1 with the same Astron VS35M power 
supply.  I turn on the power supply first and power is automatically supplied 
to the KAT100-1 at that time.  I then turn on the K2/100 and notice the Power 
Range and Ant LEDs momentarily light up a little brighter for a split second 
and settle down to normal brightness.  I just wonder if this is normal.  Roy
