[Elecraft] K2 Keyer Weighting

Bob:
  You set the dot/space ratio in the secondary menu (if you have version 
2.x or higher).  Push MENU, then DISPLAY (to get to the secondary menu), 
then dial DOT and set the ratio with the vfo knob.
