[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS #14 issued to N4BP

Congratulations to Bob Patten, N4BP, of Plantation, FL.
He has achieved the Elecraft WAS award by working all 50 states with 
his Elecraft K2/100.  Certificate #14 was issued to him today.  Bob
accomplished this from NP2B (U.S. Virgin Islands) during the ARRL
Sweepstakes (CW) contest in just 6 hours and 19 minutes!
