[Elecraft] Bottom Cover and Filter Setup

I just completed the latest mod to improve the filter response on SSB, and
while checking the filter response decided to check the CW filters, they all
seemed to be off a 100 Hz or so.  Kind of strange I thought, but I just
reset them using Spectrogram.  I then put the covers back on and tried a
couple of calls on CW, well I was having trouble zero beating the signals.
In fact they were off the amount I had "Fixed them" .  Lesson learned set up
the filters with the bottom cover on.

2nd dumb thing, when setting up the USB and LSB filters make sure the Audio
Filter is switched out and you take the audio from the speaker jack.   This
I did, but it is also important to remember to switch it in, before putting
all the screws in for the top after you have done the alignment.
