[Elecraft] re db9 connectors

thanks to everyone for the suggestions on the db9 shell problem.It 
looks like the stops on the bolts that secure the shell plug to the 
gear, has the stops too low on them. I have noticed this only on the 
last couple of shells I got here. with the stops placed where they 
are the db9 only will seat about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way into its 
counterpart before the bolts bottom out. at first i thought I had put 
the bolts in the shell wrong but there is no other way. anyway 
having a secure plug here is no big deal, I removed the bolts and 
just insert the plugs and everything works great. I have not noticed 
this problem with the shells that were supplied awhile ago when i 
installed the IO module in my orginal K2.
