[Elecraft] K2 remote and KPA100 - is this "normal"

Hi all,

Don't tell the QRP Inquisition, but I now have my KPA100 working the way it
should do (no problems as yet) so I hooked it up to my computer to see how
the I/O worked. It all seems to be OK, but I have noticed that the power
regulation only works from 0 to 15W. Not only that, but the KPA100 doesn't
kick in at 10W...has anybody else noticed this?

Another point is that K2 remote allows me to switch on both the pre-amp and
attenuator at the same time -weird!

With any luck Simon HB9DRV will be building a K2 soon and then he'll adapt
his amazing FT-817 Commander (and PSK31 Deluxe) software to work with the
K2: that should be interesting indeed.
