For all of us working on modificaitons,  I just wanted to pass along a neat
desoldering tool that works well for me. I tried using a wick but it didn't
work all that well so I decided to look at other desoldering methods. I
wanted to order the Hakko 808 but it was getting up there in price so I
ended up trying a Soldapullit DS017 for $17. I completed the BPF and ALC and
14 crystals parts replacement in about 30 minutes. A search on google
brought up many vendors, here is one of them
