Normally I wouldn't put this on the reflector, but my comment about the
automatic center punch jammed my mailbox, so this is to put all that to
rest...This is what I replied to these posts...

Thanks for the info...I have a 2001 Volvo Cross Country...IPD in
Portland, Oregon specializes in after-market for Volvo...They sell a
device called "Life Hammer"...Its a small plastic hammer, weighted in the
head, with two pointed steel heads for striking the glass...It has a
recessed razor blade in a slot in the handle for slicing jammed
seatbelts...I've had one of these in my car for several years now...In
this car I don't have to mount it on the side knee panel (it comes with a
mounting bracket) because the front seats have a nylon mesh map pocket
across the front of the seat cushion...If, God forbid, I ever need it, I
would just have to reach between my legs and grab it...

I used to use the centerpunch when I was building prototype boards years
ago at Grumman Aircraft and had to drill them up...As you know, the
centerpunch dimple keeps the drill from skating off location...Even when
drilling in a drill press, very thin drills bits will bend and follow the
path of least resistance, so you need a center punch dimple to prevent
that...
