[Elecraft] Dummy load for Part III

Two years ago at the Milton (VT) Hamfest when we did the QRP Forum one thing
we did was demo the PSK-80 Warbler ... I put my nice below described Rat
Shack dummy load on it. To make the long story short we could get anything
to work right. It seems that between the nice metal case I had the Warbler
in and the rat Shack Dummy load ... NOTHING got into or out of the Warbler
!!! Soon as we put a short RG-58 'jumper' between the dummy load and the
Warbler case it all started working. The other guy was using an open
homebrew dummy load
