[Elecraft] #2985 on life support

Kit #2985 is at least listening, but I get only minimum output on transmit.
I found my problem with the tune control. I had bent a pin on the switch and
didn't catch it when I double checked. I just let the kit sit for about a
week and then started at the beginning looking for problems, finding the
bent pin pretty quickly.  Now that the Tune function works, I have to figure
out why I am getting low output on transmit. I have already gone through the
RF detector and it seems ok.  Any ideas for me to check out. I have low
voltage on pin 2 of U8 on the controller board.
