[Elecraft] Question regarding update from rev A to rev B

This IS the WØIFL "Look Where You Were Last"  rule of troubleshooting.
If you put it back together, and it doesn't work,  "Look Where You Where
Last" and You'll save yourself a LOT of headache and tail-chasing.

Oh yeah, DO NOT put all the screws in, or put your tools away until your
certain it's working properly.
This is bad Mojo!
But if you leave out a couple of screws, leave a cover off, or at least
leave some tools laying around until after a round of tests the repair is
more likely to be a success.
I don't know why this is true, just that it IS.
