[Elecraft] Question regarding update from rev A to rev B

Hi all,

I'm in the proces of building K2 nr. 2915, this moment at page 48 of the 
manual.
Of course I would like to upgrade to rev B. What is the best thing to do:

1. Finish building and testing K2 rev A and then start with the modifications
2. Ordering the mod package and doing the mods along the way?
