[Elecraft] power source and noise

The Power Sonic charger for the K2 internal battery is Model 
PSC-12250-A. It is cubical, about 1.5 inches per side, cost about $30 
US I think, and can be ordered through any PowerSonic distributor. 
PowerSonic can tell you who the distributor is for your neighbourhood.

Light, cheap, and noiseless as far as I can tell. Connect it DIRECTLY 
across the battery but thru a fused lead. In Bangladesh at New Year's 
I plan to operate outdoors during the day on 14060 and recharge the 
K2 and the laptop  in my hotel room over night.
