[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS Award #11 issued to W6JD

Congratulations to Doug Westover, W6JD, of Palo Alto, CA.
He has achieved the Elecraft WAS award by working all 50 states with 
his Elecraft K2, s/n 1626.  Certificate #11 was issued to him today.
Doug's last state was Mississippi, which he picked up in the ARRL
Sweepstakes Contest this past weekend.
