Surprise from ARRL today: certificate for First Place, single op, qrp, 
Oregon section, 2001 ARRL 160-M Contest. (These scores were announced in 
August QST but somehow I missed it.)

Soapbox: K2 #784, dipole with ladderlines combined on one side of balun, 
long counterpoise on ground on other side. 34 contacts.

The whole truth: only one entry was received from Oregon in QRP.
