[Elecraft] J1 PIN 3

I have the front panel complete and I am doing the resistance check and =
everything in the chart checks okay except for pin 3 which should be =
ground in not it is coming up as infinity all the other pins on u1 and =
j1 read according to the chart. I have been over the it with a =
magnifying glass and can't see what I have done wrong. help
