QRP Gangue:

Looks like old Jim, N0UR beat me again for the division title. Next
year, bigger and better antennas here.;) Sure enjoyed the contest, and
all
of the QRP activity. Interesting that I had a high percentage of
"U" stations calling me. This is probably due to the fact that my
call and SD was listed on the various Packet spotting networks.
My ONLY WY station (next door 12 miles) that I ever heard at all
was Chuck, K7QO. Thanks Chuck!
I missed just 3 multipliers AK (!), NWT and NL. I never heard any of
these 3 sections in the contest at all, so I don't feel too bad.

Band conditions seemed very good. Weather did not
permit me to get up my beam antennas from
the previous AZ QTH in time for the contest,
so used my 80M horizontal loop at 25 feet
as my main antenna. My K-2 at 5W ran flawlessly,
and I really enjoyed the fine level of activity
that this contest brings. Band conditions seemed very good.
