Dave;
The first design of the K2 used a solenoidal inductor, but this was changed
to a toroidal inductor around S/N 1200.  The solenoidal inductor has less
drift than the toroidal inductor, but from what I have seen of Wayne's
stability measurements, the new toroidal inductor should be better than the
previous versions.
