[Elecraft] K1 Portable Antenna Experience

Alan,

I've had great luck on 20 mtrs with a half wave wire antenna tied off in
a nearby tree. See: http://www.io.com/~nielw/qrp2/endfed_ant.htm . The
K1 antenna tuner loads this just fine. Another option I've used is a
simple 1/2 or full wave long wire attached as the antenna with a 1/4
wave wire connected as ground. The K1 tuner loads this fine on 20 also.
