[Elecraft] K1 HELP/advice needed!!!

It looks like you are not getting 8 V from the 8 V regulator, U5.  It 
feeds the 6 V reg which would make the other readings zero, too.

Check U5.  At the top of C35 you should have 8 V.  The other pins shuld 
read zero (the one that is grounded) and 12 V.  If the last one checks, 
the problem is in the regulator -- or perhaps C35 has a short (not too 
likely).

Verify the regulator  is installed correctly and all pins are soldered, etc.
