[Elecraft] Audio Monitor

Greetings,
I may be having a similar problem.  I have the Heil MH2 mike and I can't get
VOX to work.  Could it be that the mike output is disconnected unless I
press the PTT switch?  I have the jumpers as shown for default in the
manual.  It works fine on PTT, just no action no matter how loud I yell.
Any ideas?  Thanks
