[Elecraft] Audio Monitor -- New feature request

I found this quite annoying when testing my SSB adapter.  The manual
specifically warns about pressing PTT when in this mode because it kicks you
out of the mode.  I wonder the reason since if you do close the PTT line you
go into a useless mode.  You must still go into the menu to change to a
useful mode of operation.

I would like to see the PTT line ignored so that it can be pressed to
overcome the problem with these mic's.
