Thanks, Rod. These sound promising. I already have my T2 1/8 inch above the 
board. Adjusting the windings of L21 and L22 will be easy enough. I have 
been thinking of altering T4 as I want to optimize it for the 5W level 
although removing it from the board may be a little tricky.
