[Elecraft] K2 Power tweaks for the upper bands

Folks,

Here a few tricks I learned from Gary Surrency:

1) Expand and/or compress the toroid windings in the PA LPF for
10&12m, L21 & L22. The effect is small usually less than 1 watt.
But, it does get the LPF optimized.

2) Interleave the windings of T4. This can be a "biggie". I raised
Pout of my K2 by almost 2W just by doing this.

3) As others have noted, raise T2 about 1/8 inch above the board.

Doing all of these mods got my K2 up to about 12-13W on 10 and 12m.
All others bands are in excess of 15W. (Of course I'd never run that
much power ;-)
