[Elecraft] K2 Headphone Output

I did a mod for the headphone output, where I paralleled R35, R36 with
22 ohms. That made a difference for my headphone. A link to a former

The mods list has now been updated to include the mounting of the KPA100
in the EC2 enclosure, and the replacement of the optical encoder for
faster VFO tuning.
