[Elecraft] Sn #2602, Alignment Part II

Just finished Part II rcvr aligning of #2602.  Kinda exciting hearing
signals for the 1st time (and I just had a piece 'o wire hanging off the
back!).

Almost as smooth as silk... The only 'problem' (?) I ran into is I am
apparently unable to set the USB BF1 freq to 4916.4 per the recommended
settings on pg 86. I'd get to 4916.34 and the freq display would seem to
'reset/loop back' to 4911.something. I was able to set all the other
CW/LSB/USB FL & BF freq to be spot on (well, +/- 10 hertz or so) per the
recommendations.

It's 'only' a BFO freq setting that's off by approx 60 hertz but I thought
I'd ask to make sure it's not any indication of a goof somewhere.
