[Elecraft] K2 #2619 On-the-Air

My K2 went through alignment easily and made its first QSO at 10w with F8AH 
on 20m late Thursday night.  My CQ on 40m was answered by EA8WH who gave me 
a 599, not bad from the West Coast, although I am using a 2 el. beam.  The 
receiver sounds terrific on all bands and I am pleased to have a new 
functioning radio in the shack, ready for travel on a moment's notice.  I 
will give it a good workout in the WPX contest this weekend between adding 
the other modules.
