[Elecraft] kpa100 causing K2 to be low on TX freq?

There is a metallic shield attached to the bottom of the KPA100 which, 
except for the speaker cutout, spans the entire bottom surface of the 
KAP100.  It is is ferrous (attracts a magnet).
