Sounds like you haven't done the procedure on page 98, right-hand column.
If you don't have a freq counter, use the "calibrated signal source"
method, using WWV on 10000.00 or 15000.00 kHz as the calibrated signal
source.
But if your K2 readout is really 10 kHz off on 75 meters, there must be
something else wrong, because C22 on the Control Board won't swing the
frequency anywhere near that much.
Be sure you run CAL PLL (on 40m only with v2.0x firmware) after adjusting
C22 to make the change take effect.
