Note that this will vary depending on how crowded the band is, even if there is
only one signal in the passband.  For example, try it in the middle of a contest
(assuming you can find a weak signal in the clear).  Receivers with poor IMD and
phase-noise performance will appear to have a higher noise level under these
conditions.  That's the area where the K2 shines, by the way!
