[Elecraft] KPA100 problems

Well, The KPA100 is built.  Now comes the debug time. Rig works fine 0-10w
(always did).  Go to 11w and poof, no power out.  If I crank it up to 100w
(indicated on the K2) the external meter shows 10w.  The power transisters
do get warm, the relays click going from 10w to 11w but, there doesn't
seem to be any power making it out of the rig.

I'm not certain where to start checking.

The test points seem to be within reason.  Just no developed power on TX
in 11-100w mode.

HELP!
