[Elecraft] K1 XIT Problem

Last May at Dayton, I purchased K1 S/N  780 with the KAT1 antenna tuner and 
the 40 and 30 Meter Filter.  I built these and they have performed quite 
well.  This January I built the KFL1-4 Four Band Filter Board.  Everything 
went well and the unit performed very satisfactorily.  However, a few weeks 
ago, I attempted to use the XIT feature and found that it did not work.  When 
the XIT was selected, the display shows the last feature selected in the 
menu.  As far as I can tell, everything else is working well.  I am not sure 
if this problem occurred upon the installation of the KFL1-4 or at a later 
time.  Does anyone have any suggestion as to what is wrong and how to fix 
this?
