[Elecraft] K2/100 pictures

I notice two interesting things in the picture of the K2/100 at

(1) The standoffs at the front and right side of the board.  Are these for
mounting the future KAT2/100?

(2) The K2/100 pictured shows the K160M installed and (I believe) a KAF2
but no KSB2.  This just struck me as odd.

Can't wait to see the manual for the KPA100.  When is it going to be
posted to the website?
