[Elecraft] K2/100: credit where it's due

Now that the K2/100 has been announced, I wanted to say thanks (again)
to Bob Friess, N6CM. Bob, who is quite knowledgeable about high-power
design, built a rugged 100-watt amplifier for his K2 last year. While
many details have changed, Bob's design is at the core of the KPA100,
and he's helped us at every phase with review, testing, and troubleshooting.

Now we hear that he's tinkering with even more watts. But that's another story....
