[Elecraft] K1 #1149 (inadequate power)

In order to achieve advertised power at 13.8 volts and acceptable 
power at 12 volts, I had to do some tweeking:

1. Change R35 from 120 to 150 ohms.
2. Parallel  330 ohm resistor with R11 (82 ohms).
3. Parallel 10 ohm resistor with R30 (3.3 ohms).
4. Remove R33.

Hope one or more of these works for you.
