[Elecraft] T1/T2 two layer winding on KFL1-4 winding

I am rewinding T1/T2 on the KFL1-4 Filter Board. Page 12 line 5: "the
second winding uses 8 turns of green enamel wire. Start just to the left
of lead 4, working "COUNTER-CLOCKWISE". and covering about half of the
first winding. ...........

Is that a "mis-print" or am I missing something? I am rewinding my
inductors to, hopefully, solve some problems with tuning and debugging.
