[Elecraft] No CW sidetone?

Sounds like you have selected the wrong sidetone source. Tap menu and sel=
ect STL hold edit then tap display select U6-25 if you have not modified =
the control board for the KIO2.

I am not getting any sidetone when in CW-mode however.  I have noticed in
the past that hitting PTT on the microphone would send "dits" and
generally use that with my external tuner vs going 100% duty cycle in
"tune" mode.
HELP!
